He is about as Milquetoast as Romney.

Mister Excitement, he isn’t.

His rallies will rival McCain’s. Ole Mc got a crowd of 200 in Louisiana when Obama was getting crowds of a few thousand. One of Mc’s campaign trips took him to New Hampshire where he was met by an entourage of one (1) — a local reporter.

He will be fighting for 3%.

Borders? He would be GWB-esque.

A guy that sounds like Jim Varney jas no shot at the presidency. Hutchinson is Ernest P. Worrell without the humor.

The more people getting in dilutes the competition for the two thirds that are not Trump forever and always 😻

Dems want Trump to suck as much air out of the room as possible. They want chaos in the GOP primary. They want him in jail as much as they want him as the nominee. It benefits them by polarizing the electorate which worked in 2020 and 2022. Trump did nothing to counter this obvious area of attack. We dutifully followed his primary choices and the closer they could be tied to Trump the less likely they won in competitive races. We’ve seen their playbook. And it worked. Twice. We are foolish if we don’t learn and adapt. Trump didn’t learn, didn’t adapt.

If Trump is the nominee again it’ll make the Dems job of demonizing the GOP and MAGA even easier. It’ll permanently harm the GOP with the larger electorate. Dems played the same game in CA with Pete Wilson and other than the neutered Arnold there’s been virtually no GOP wins statewide in 20 years. All the cities have fallen to Dems, including San Diego. Dems know how to polarize and propagandize to play for keeps.

Trump was a strong president but he’s not the same candidate now. It’s a different time. We need a new face of America First. Someone with thicker skin who can focus on the country. It’s time to move on from DJT because he let us down by failing to learn from his mistakes, always taking the bait instead of making the smart play and by grifting supporters. Don’t forget he kept 90% of donations made through his PAC in the name of 2022 candidates. He didn’t spend his money to help them get elected. Then he refused responsibility and blamed others. He’s lost his way as a leader. America can’t afford four more of Joe or, worse, eight of Newsom or Harris.

We can love and support Trump all we want but he’ll never be president again because of the choices he makes. We shouldn’t follow him off the cliff. We need to find another candidate to support but I don’t expect we’ll coalesce behind one right now.

We’re being offered DeSantis as the alternative but he feels scripted, inauthentic. He got played by Disney, makes unforced errors trying to act like Trump and not everything he’s doing in FL makes sense. I also don’t like FL changing its law just so he can run without having to leave the governors office right after his reelection.

Unfortunately we may not decide who the alternative to Trump is because few can self-finance and most will burn through their money long before the first ballot is cast unless we get behind the same candidate.

Freepers should ask themselves if Trump isn’t on the ballot in 2024, who would their preferred GOP nominee be and work towards that end. I would caution everyone not to get swept up in the DeSantis hype.

A$$hole Hutchinson, like Pierre Delecto, just another
white male liberal who no longer has a home in the
Democrat Party, so they pollute the Republican Party.
