What, exactly, is he actually charged with? 34 counts of a felony “FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law §175.10”.
This “crime” is defined as Falsifying Business Records in the Second Degree, with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise.
You have to prove there was ANOTHER crime being committed to get a conviction on these indictments. Yet there is NO reference to ANY other crimes.

Something happened. We woke up one morning to find that we live in a Stalinist police state. The laws mean nothing anymore. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are not worth the paper they’re printed on. The authorities do whatever they want and make up lies to justify their unlawful actions. The opposition party cowers in the corner, whimpering.
I feel very sad for President Trump. He’s under demonic attack, aka the Democrats. I will pray for him.
I read a biography about the great Roman lawyer/orator Cicero. It’s been a while but if I recall it discussed how their Republic fell. Many factors were involved but when the sides stopped using the vote and started attacking each other to see who had power it died quickly.
After personal attacks and so forth finally one side used the military which was followed by the other side which led to full out civil war. After that the Emperor system was instituted.
