I suspect that the Neocons know that the Great Ukrainian Offensive will fail, and rather than let that happen, there will be NATO jets supporting the offensive. At that point, it’s likely that European cities start being eliminated.

It was never worth the risk of sparking WWIII. Once the nukes start flying where does it end? The answer is no one knows, but it would certainly have catastrophic global consequences.
