Sheriff should have started off with the facts including an update on what happened, who was involved, their names, ages and arrest status, and the fact that a third was still on the loose. After that and ideally in answering questions, he could have gotten into the personal things including his feelings and thoughts on prevention and child rearing. As a listener, it was frustrating on trying to understand the status of the case, and who he was referring to when he said he talked to the mothers - the victims or the killers?
So...any updates?

you need to listen more closely....and, he has had other press conferences and has spoken to the media one on one....
I don’t want to hear any cop talking about child rearing. Tell me who is arrested and who is dead and why. If he don’t know that then he can get back to us when he does. His personal life and feelings I could care less about. He was proselytizing trying to change people’s minds, that’s not his job imho.
