It’s not an insurrection when they do it, that’s why.
He just oozes deceit and smugness.
Not to sound too immature: the Dems started it
Swishin’ two three pointers isn’t a “sign of weakness”.
Soetoro is perfectly fine with Trump being chased by a group of persecutors doing their level best to channel their inner Tomas de Torquemada.
“...arguing that silencing dissenters won’t lead to progress....”

Just when I think that the political Left couldn’t be more hypocritical, they somehow manage to surprise me after all this time.
It is unfair to hold blacks accountable. For anything.
I am, but not about the content of your comment ...
Obama is right: it was VERY weak for the two Democrat party legislators to break rules during debate and incite mobs.
Thankfully the GOP did the right thing and relieved them of their duties.
If they are PRIVILEGED enough to return perhaps they will abide by the rules.
“This nation was built on peaceful protest”
Huh?
If Obama really thought that, he would stay quiet.
Shut up, Barry.
Silencing those who disagree with us is a sign of weakness, not strength
They aren’t being silenced, and they aren’t being punished for dissent.
It’s true. The belief that a man can become a woman and vis versa is a weak thesis not supported by actual, basic science. It follows that people confronted by the weakness of their own argument then resort to violence.

From Westword (Denver's independent source of local news and culture) (1/11/2021): Calls for Lauren Boebert's Expulsion Go National:
As you can see, it's okay for Democrats to call for the expulsion of people on the right, but it's not okay for Republicans to actually do it to Democrats when Republicans have the power.
The previous day, numerous elected officials, political leaders and groups across the state had sent an open letterto Boebert and Representative Doug Lamborn, who also voted against certifying Biden's win, demanding they resign.[snip]
Here's the complete text of the letter, along with the names of the progressive elected officials, individuals and organizations that signed it.
