Im surprised its not more.

People out there are paying up around $1,000,000 for the same house on a postage stamp that I could buy on 20+ acres here for $100,000.

Yup—the numbers just don’t work in the large CA metro areas.

That was why I left decades ago—now I have the house and land I wanted—but the weather is not CA for sure...
