Yeah, right. The waterline at Tybee Island is the same as it was forty years ago.
Well they DID bury the seawall.
When I was a kid, 60 some years ago, sometimes you could put your hand under the seawall. Others, there was sand over the top of the seawall.
Tybee hasn’t changed much otherwise.
