Trump must be remarkably clean if, after over six years of constantly looking for a crime, democrats are now resorting to inventing crimes.
This is all a desperate attempt to prevent Trump from ever getting the reins of power over them ever again.

Again, let me point out that if fundraising based on falsehoods (such as campaign promises a politician never intended to keep) is illegal, then we are going to have to lock up every politician in the USA.

Fundraising (even non-political fundraising) is famous for being less-than truthful.
Go for it, guys. Then a lot of evidence of election fraud will come out in court. I don’t think the Dems really want that.
It sounds like they are looking to see if anyone involved was privately saying that the election was not stolen, while saying in fundraising emails that the election was stolen. Of course, they would have to find emails from Trump saying he didn’t think the election was stolen for him to be at any risk of wire fraud charges. Actually even if someone on Trump’s team didn’t think the election was stolen, but put out the fundraising email on the order of somebody who did believe it, I don’t see how a wire fraud charge could stick.

The real “false claim” is that the election was on the up and up, and xiden got 81 million votes.
In a democracy, like with a jury, THE PEOPLE are the finders of fact.

I cannot say this enough! One party operating as “the government” shouldn’t decide that election fraud claims were false. And most definitely the MEDIA shouldn’t.
All day long, all the time, they are totally running roughshod over what were once universal rules for journalism.
“FALSE” and “BASELESS” should absolutely not be in their stories and headlines as they are today. That’s communist/fascist style.
