He was all over it saying something was very off in the count for instance, just one point was, how Joe Biden got way more votes than Barak Obama and Trump got way more votes than any second term candidate in history-not to mention how known irregularities were ignored not to mention unconstitutional voting procedures were allowed out the wazoo...

That there was election fraud is an undeniable fact, the only debate was if the fraud was of a level to have flipped the election.

Plus if it’s a crime to lie to voters, every politician would be behind bars!

It sounds like they are looking to see if anyone involved was privately saying that the election was not stolen, while saying in fundraising emails that the election was stolen. Of course, they would have to find emails from Trump saying he didn’t think the election was stolen for him to be at any risk of wire fraud charges. Actually even if someone on Trump’s team didn’t think the election was stolen, but put out the fundraising email on the order of somebody who did believe it, I don’t see how a wire fraud charge could stick.
