Not so sure former PM Shinzo Abe was offed last year and there were internal repercussions to the assassination within the ruling party in Japan.

There was a crackdown on Unification Church influence inside the Liberal Democratic Party.

I’m in Japan . Kishida is unpopular , especially amongst young people . and is viewed by many as a USSA puppet , just like all prior LDP Prime Ministers have been , for the most part .
