I can tell you first-hand (as a Californian) what a "de-carbonized" future looks like - soaring electricity bills, no upgrade to the electrical grid - let alone an increase in power - and alerts from the city during heat waves (of which we have many) not to plug in appliances or especially EVs. I was getting several of these a day during the last heat wave.

Some cities suffer from outright rolling blackouts or power shut-offs if the winds are too high.

Oh, the latest is a socialist "equalized" energy bill according to your income.

He doesn’t see 500,000 moved out, he sees a sanctuary state, money in homeless and drug intervention Sacto money and millions of ne illegals. He sees free money from federal fund and climate change initiatives since Trump left.
