We haven’t been even told the size of the journals as far as I recall. A regular journal or even composition notebook has a lot of pages. If she has been writing something only once, or even a two or three times a day, that covers a long period of time. Those writings should show evidence of her mental illness and what and who influenced her on her path to commit such a horrible act. If it was her Christian parents, that information would have already been released.

I am getting old and have been this forum for 25 years. I am very frustrated with what happens here. We all recognize that something is wrong and needs to be corrected, but almost nothing is ever done to fix anything.
Leadership does not listen nor act. Law enforcement ignores us. Almost all of those years spent reading about things that need to get corrected or posting about have been largely for NOTHING. Do not say you were not told that you are creating a horrific situation, because I’m telling you right now. Here’s one, if Schumer can come out on the steps of the Supreme Court and threaten Justices, how can the courts convict anyone of the same??? Nothing has happened to him yet. He basically called for violence AGAINST THE SUPREME COURT AND...CRICKETS.
Try explaining to me how liberal leftists can break just about every conceivable law and get little to no justice. Then, if conservatives finally band together to protest WITHOUT KILLING ANYONE, you Fed boys start beating the hell out of people and KILLED Finicum (shot him in the back). Like the JFK assassination, they drag out releasing the truth for a time proportionate to the damning truths of the documents.

I would think that a FOIA request would force them to release the info.
But, of course, the game plan is to stall the release until it no longer becomes news.

The fact that there has been no such slaughter to date will not even occur to them.

Actually, it was Reagan who shut down the mental hospitals in CA, including an excellent adolescent residential mental healthcare facility that would have dealt with these crazy teen “trans.”
I was living there at the time, and people pleaded with him not to do it, but he said it would save money…and then the state could employ the mentally ill in positions such as school playground monitor. I kid you not.
I remember when one long-time mental hospital resident (a murderer and cannibal) begged not to be released and said he felt “like a puppy on the freeway” with all of the stimuli in the outside world. Not long after he was released, he killed, barbecued and ate his grandmother on the patio of her condo.
Reagan was very good on some things but completely clueless on others.

But it was started by California Gov Edmund Brown in the 1960s..and continued by Reagan, then continued by Jerry Brown. By then even Edmund Brown said the release had gone too far!
