Federal prosecutors reportedly considered charging Hunter Biden over a year ago for three tax crimes and one gun crime — charges allegedly blocked by two Biden administration political appointees within the Justice Department.

The charges against the president’s son are two misdemeanor counts for failure to file taxes, one felony count of tax evasion related to a business expense for one year of taxes, and one felony gun charge related to a gun purchase, two senior law enforcement familiar with the matter told NBC News.

The two sources also complained about “growing frustration” inside the FBI because the investigation into Hunter was mostly completed about a year ago. A third source told NBC News the IRS finished its probe over a year ago.

On Wednesday, an IRS whistleblower alleged two Biden administration political appointees within the Justice Department are working to block charges against Hunter for tax violations against recommendations. Moreover, Attorney General Merrick Garland allegedly refused to name a special counsel in the probe to provide a degree of separation between the probe and President Joe Biden.

.
The “Investigation” of Hunter was opened in 2018.

The Delaware US Atty / Weiss - is obviously involved in Criminal behavior to protect the Bidens.

Why the Republicans haven’t been using his name scathingly, as the Dems did to Ken Starr, is a very good question.

Looks like Washington believes Deep State Royalty is above the Law.

I wonder if they thought of it for longer than a nano second?

Try asking someone on the Ten Most Wanted List to distribute hard drugs using the US Mail, and wait and see how long before your door is kicked in.

Nothing will come of this. He is the son of a senile, corrupt president. This will drag out until the end of Brandon’s term and Hunter will be pardoned— end of message. This will destroy the Brandon crime family. I hope I am correct, but not holding my breath.

I have hopes that his baby mamma/stripper sues the Bidens’ for withholding income information, then takes him for everything they’re worth.

This is probably the only way they’ll be punished . . .

The Judge In that case has taken the unusual step of sealing everything in Family Court.

Looks like more Judicial love for the Bidens.

They tried to give him literally like a speeding ticket for these crimes so that they could maintain their claims of objectivity and Blind Justice and the Department of Justice decided to not take the easy path and instead have embraced a full frontal assault on our system of justice in this country. Truth be told those charges that were being considered were a joke considering the gravity of what was going on

They’re gonna try and run out the clock.

Nothing will come of this because, we are not longer a nation of laws but of men.

See last presidential election.
