For centuries, politicians in this country assumed that in order to win an election, you had to convince voters to vote for you. You had to make their case. That was called democracy.
But the defining strategic insight of the modern Democratic Party is they don't really need to convince anyone of anything. What matters is demographics. To import enough people from elsewhere, people who are financially dependent on you in order to live. That's the story of the state of California. That's why California changed. It's why Texas is changing, but it's also happening at the local level all over the country. Democrats have realized that they win the vote in virtually every major city, but the suburbs remain contested and that matters because suburban voters like school boards and state legislators and, of course, members of Congress.
So, if you want total control over the entire country, you need demographic change everywhere, including in the suburbs. This is a very obvious insight and Democrats have been on the case for quite a while. Back in 2009, the Obama administration took the county of Westchester in New York, a solidly Democratic place, to court. Why did they do that? The administration withheld tens of millions of dollars in federal funding unless Westchester pledged to build 10,000 low-income, high-density apartments in their suburbs.

Lived on Maui from 2000-2005. It was an adventure. Husband got transferred to Georgia. Then had to move to swampland in DC to stay employed. Retired to the Land of Cotton in 2018. What a relief.
Forcing people into training in their already busy lives is just going to create the opposite effect of the woke intended goals.
When are they going to build section 8 housing on Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket Island? Never, that’s when.
You see, Obama loves living among only wealthy, decadent, White Golden Calf types. You don’t see him living anywhere near “The Hood”.
Their will always be areas that are exempted from HUD Housing projects. Areas that are reserved ONLY for affluent Rats.

I remember watching crabs in a crab trap. When one of the crabs would make it to the exit at the top of the trap, the others would pull him back down.
There were claws hanging to the wire at the top, where crabs had tried to escape, and the others had pulled so hard they were detached from their claws.

I have witnessed the efforts to bring ‘lower income home owners’ into a high state of awareness.
Large development in N end of San Fernando Valley-—quality single family homes—were told they must have 10% of all homes built sold as “Lower income homes’-—about 10% or more at lower prices. Materials & construction HAD to be the same as the other 90% of the homes built-—but sold prices had to be 10% or more lower.
RESULT:
Since Calif taxes property on the sales price-—2 homes on the same street with IDENTICAL floor plans, etc., got taxed with 2 entirely different property taxes.
THAT PISSED OFF the ‘non low income buyers’ right out of the gate—after already being PISSED off for paying More in their sales prices.
Then-—even Stevie Wonder could see WHICH properties were occupied by the “Lower Income” persons. Maintenance non-existent....Landscaping/yards not mowed regularly......Items stashed all over-—bicycles, etc, which could have been garaged—outside, etc.
Noise/boom boxes/large gatherings that spilled over onto other properties-—
It didn’t take 5 years before there was serious friction.
IT is another ARTIFICIAL PROPPING UP of people who will never learn the basics of how to live with others. Their clan/tribal tendencies are deep. Their self-esteem is not in place, either.

I admire your situation.It ismuch like mone but in a rural northern area where I own a lot of land and my own home. No debt.
It wopuld be great if people like you and the native Hawaiians took their state back from the snide idiotic Democrat criminals who rule the roost. I am trying to figure on how to do the same.
