It will get you a free ride to the pokey when the Police get involved. Years ago I watched two segments of Cops where men had sprayed someone and them called the Police. When they got to where the man sat who was sprayed, each Cop said to the man who done the spraying, "Turn around and place your hands behind your back. You are under arrest." They did not do anything to the guys that were sprayed.
