Based on the comments, ti’s pretty obvious that whoever leaked the decision had access to a printed hard copy of the draft decision and did not need to go through the computer security system.

Very few people have hard copy access to draft Supreme Court decisions.

Maybe a stupid question , but did they ever ask the person who published this information , where they got the leaked draft copy from?

I know the Supreme Court said that they did their own internal investigation, but apparently everybody who works there denied leaking to the media. So then the question becomes where did the person who published it get it from?

It’s infuriating that the Marshall just threw up her hands and shrugged her shoulders. If she couldn’t close the investigation she should have asked for more resources or handed it off to those who could do a better job.
