A judge said he will appoint a special prosecutor to create a contempt case against St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner, a progressive prosecutor whose campaign was supported by Democratic megadonor George Soros.

Judge Michael Noble said late last week that the special prosecutor is being appointed after Gardner and her assistant, Christopher Desilets, did not show up to court for an assault case. "It appears that Ms. Gardner has complete indifference and a conscious disregard for the judicial process," Noble said.

I'm glad to see Gardner starting to get a bit of push-back from the judicial system over her obvious incompetence (to put it mildly).

There was a YouTube from a StL TV station showing her and her supporters at a church yesterday. She claimed she’s ‘not going anywhere’. StL democrats have had enough of her and the fact is, there are very few prosecutors left in her office (I think it is two). She blames this on ‘lack of funding’ and of course ‘racism’.

The judge holding her in contempt is black, but it all is still racism as far as she is concerned.
