You may be right, but it’s nice to have execution as a back up. Fortunately he did t make it back to Mexico. They won’t extradite unless there’s a promise not to seek the death penalty

Fortunately he did t make it back to Mexico. Heard on the news today that he had rated on the cartel at some point to save his own skin. So that was not an option.
No big deal they can get to him in a Texas prison in about an hour.
