Disgraced former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has subpoenaed five of the 11 women who accused him of sexual harassment as he prepares to mount a defense in a federal lawsuit.
Cuomo’s legal team sent subpoenas to Lindsey Boylan, Brittany Commisso, Virginia Limmiatis, Ana Liss and Alyssa McGrath between late March and April, according to lawyers involved in the case, who spoke to The Wall Street Journal.
Cuomo, 65, resigned in August 2021 as state lawmakers prepared to impeach and remove him from office over a cascade of sexual misconduct allegations that were investigated by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Exactly. The way New Yawk “judges” and “courts” treat Cuomo compared to the way they treat President Trump.
Lawfare. The process is the punishment.
I find it puzzling how Cuomo’s behavior is described as a long-term pattern, occurring over 15 years or longer, well before he was governor.
Yet somehow women only appeared and it all came to light only in 2021.

This is a mistake on his part. The way I view the situation, it was either leave office under a cloud of sexual charges or be charged with murder by sending Covid infected people to old people’s homes. Now he wants to open this back up? Mistake. I think RFK could make mileage on this one......
My sister knew him and worked with him in the Queens County Democratic Party. She thought he was an idiot, but he bigfooted her out of a city council seat she thought belonged to her. I do not recall her complaining about sexual harassment, and she was a very attractive young woman at the time. I suppose once he had some power, it went to his head. Not the one on his shoulders.
The persecution begins. Don’t you dare threaten a Dem lawmaker. His revenge will be to attempt to bankrupt his accusers. I hope their defenses are paid for.
Good for Andrew Cuomo... unless those women are gullible 25 year olds they were hanging around to see if they could shake the money tree at some point or use a come on to get a promotion they didn’t deserve.
If democrat women want to lie and bully they need to come up with ‘secret messages in year books’ and rape rooms.

Have you read the alleged communication between Carroll and one of her friends when she said she had a plan? This was when DJT was campaigning, I think.
He might be using five cases where he allegedly did not “step over the line” to defend against an allegation that he did “step over the line”.
A woman might think some male behavior was merely ‘aggressive’ one day and on the following day after talking with a friend consider it ‘sexual assault’.
Males on the hunt frequently ‘test the waters’ but don’t want to be accused of sexual assault. Joe Biden probably could in past years explain this in detail. I’m sure Mario’s lawyers are doing some explaining.
And this is what will bring him down? What a world.
