Suggest the legislator check what it takes to get a voter registration and I think he will find that identification required establishes citizenship as part of process. In my state, Nevada, if you have a regular driver’s license or ID you have established your citizenship.

Some states give driver’s licenses to illegal aliens nowadays. So just having a driver’s license is not an indication of citizenship.

If Nevada does not give driver’s license to illegals then that is a good thing.

in california you just have to make a statement that you are a citizen..lovely huh?..........no id or social security number needed...
