1/3 of people will believe whatever they are told. It doesn’t even mean they actually believe it but they will subscribe to the belief if it furthers the agenda. About a third of people will not believe it. The third in the middle could be convinced if the supposition is repeated often enough.

Mexico has a long history of German migration. According to Wikipedia, at least 1,500,000 Mexicans claim German ancestry, and the numbers could be as high as 12 million to 30 million people. In addition, many Nazis escaped to Latin America after WWII to avoid prosecution for war crimes. Although most went to Argentina and Brazil, many also went to Mexico and other countries in Central America.
