When my mom had dementia, she would have been happy eating nothing but ice cream - which in turn probably accelerated the dementia.
If I ate that many carbs I would not move things through for a week. at my age I have to stick with fruits & veggies. I have a biscuit for breakfast with eggs and occasional sausage patty. COFFEE! I’m going on 90.
