If I’m not mistaken, Pres Trump tried defunding these NGOs and was blocked by the courts.

Shame republicans couldn’t help him and us out.

And as usual, he found a way around it by reducing the number of refugees to such a point that some of these NGOs and resettlement agenices were closing up shop.

Bush let the cat out of the bag when he described himself in 2000 as a “compassionate conservative.” Then compassionately bombed the crap out of the Middle East and stood by shrugging when his own troops were being persecuted at home for doing his bidding.
