So DeSantis thinks the 2020 race was legitimate? And Trump lost fair-and-square???

Then he is stupider than we thought.

I liked him a bunch, he says good things (sometimes) but this show a remarkable lack of intelligence. He could have waited until 2028 and been a shoe-in for the job.

I really wanted Trump-DeSantis, at first (SHUT UP all you “NoooOOOooooOOooo... they can’t be from the same state, Duhhhhhhh Trump can live anywhere)

Now I think Trump/Lake is a great ticket

Again, I continue to have so much affection for President Trump, and because of that, I get so embarrassed for him.šŸ˜”

Trump taking shots at DeSantis doesn’t make me like Trump more or DeSantis less. It just makes Trump look pathetic.

I don’t trust either Trump or DeSantis at this point. I’ll vote for whomever the nominee is, but I won’t give any candidate a dime.

To: conservative98; flamberge
We must reject the culture of losing that has impacted our party in recent years. The time for excuses is over,ā€ DeSantis said. ā€œIf we get distracted, if we focus the election on the past or on other side issues, then I think the Democrats are going to beat us again.ā€

I'm not certain what DeSantis had in his mind relative to this comment.

But here's what I'd like to hear from Ron (or Donald): How are you going to flip 38+ electoral votes?

We NEED Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona or some combo theirin.

And this is against the backdrop of mail-in voting, which isn't going away.

flamberge had some good ideas too:

To the extent that we have any legal and peaceful means of winning "elections" it will depend on adopting new tactics and strategies to game the mail-in ballot system.

Committing ballots as early as possible is part of what is needed. Get the ballots with relentless daily tracking of Republican voters and provide them with every possible assistance to turn in a vote.

Preventing last-minute injection of fraudulent ballots is another critical part of what is needed.

Campaign advertising must change. Issues don't really matter all that much. Hard to accept, but how many times does that need to be demonstrated? "Tribal" affiliations override just about everything else.

The biggest factor, however, is not race, nor ethnic background, nor religion. It is gender. Quite simply, the Republicans must focus on appealing to men.

Without any apology, the Republicans must project hyper-masculine imagery in everything they do, even to the point of caricature.

It is the one strategy that can draw enough Black and Hispanic men to cripple the Democrat voter base. They have become too dependent on 90% turnout in those demographics, to win without them. Even a minor shift will make a major problem for the Democrats. They would need to extend their fraud efforts to preposterous levels in order to deal with the defectors.

The Democrats might indeed extend fraud to such an obvious level that they can demonstrate no further need for elections ever again.

If so, then everybody will proceed to settle political conflicts by other means.

Really, thoughtful ideas.

And yet there REMAINS a large Culture of Losing in conservative-villa. There are LOTS of surrendercons who'd rather have Bud Light with their whine and cheese, bitch and moan that all is lost, and fantasize about CWII bravely from behind a keyboard. These people would have surrendered to the Japanese after they didn't fight fairly at Pearl Harbor.

So Ron, what's the plan? You too, Donald.

Bush,Dole,Bush,McCain,Romney..

The R team had to have a former Democrat billionaire infiltrate their swamp party to get an America First President.

That party has hacks in DC and all 50 states, some in places with questionable voting results in 2020..

The R party deserves to be drained too..

Play the stupid game stupid party..

Go ahead

DeSantis has nearly daily wins for Florida. He has been doing far better than any governor of any other State. Contact ‘Joe Brower’ and get on his Florida ping list to see the nearly daily wins DeSantis gives Florida.

Was DeSantis saying Trump was a loser or did he say that the GOP was losing?

I would say the latter is true, the current path the House GOP is on is the same path they always take, a lot of tough talk but no actual results. Many in the base have had enough of these failures to launch and will stay home in 24.

Kevin McCarthy is a good game player but when it comes to getting the job done he doesn’t have what it takes.

Kevin McCarthy has failed in his promise to his base to release the J-6 videos.

Kevin McCarthy has said from the beginning that there will not be any impeachments.

Jim Jordan can’t answer simple questions about what he intends to do.

All the allegations that Comer has made are just that, allegations. He even said that all he has done is for future legislature to prevent it from happing again. Comer is bloviating joke.

It won’t matter who wins the Presidents race in 24 because the democrats will have the House and probably the Senate so if Trump wins the rats will start a immediate impeachment.

Don’t think for a second this hasn’t been planned and McCarthy is just playing his role along with the GOPe losers.

Ron, you’re going to sit yhis next o e out! I’ve never thought you are stupid, but your actions give pause.

President Trump’s return to the White
House means many important things. Revenge, reduction big time, elimination or bureaus and return of pride to the world stage!

So knock it off and be the best damned governor in history!

This country cannot withstand the level of corruption in the DOJ, FBI, CIA etc. What will Desantis do about it?

The economy will come back, inflation will eventually subside, sooner or later Congress will fix the border mess, the the government corruption will remain unchecked until and unless a President fixes it. And unless it is fixed our country will not continue a free country.

That is becoming by top priority.

And third of all, I did very well in the midterms.ā€

Uh, yeah, no...he (and we) did not.

Left the candidates twisting in the wind out to dry. No fundraising despite a huge contact list. So-called conservative publications with nonsensical articles and headlines portraying McConnell's PAC as the entity in charge of funding or not funding campaigns also didn't help, either. Meanwhile, the Democrats raked in loads of cash and decimated the GOP. Florida being one of the exceptions.
