USCP says suspect in attack on Connolly staffers was not known to them. Is 49-year old Xuan Kha Tran Pham of Fairfax, Virginia. Is facing charges for one count of Aggravated Malicious Wounding and one count of Malicious Wounding. Fairfax City Police & USCP are investigating.
