Its not that it was “rushed”. Its that they could not possibly be doing real signature match checks in the time alloted for each one that they certified. It averaged out to less than 3 seconds each.
Just checking that there is an actual signature of some kind is not a signature match check as required by Arizona law.
My daughter was the only one in the entire state who got 100% on a reading comprehension test. They even sent her test back to evaluate again. Her speed is unbelievable. She's like a scanner.
My friend edits law books...she'd nail the 3 seconds easily.
