.... Well folks ...... Like it or not ..... The so called LGBTQ+ Communinty has been listed and is now a "Protected Class" in the work place ...... so basically all employers in states that hold them as a "Protected Class" must abide by the standard anti discrimination work place Rules etc.

I’m thinking this, staying in compliance with workplace laws and avoiding any new lawsuits, is what this Trans-Friendly Handbook is mostly about.

Unfortunately, those scaredy-Cats now managing Fox News might still feel pressure to ‘prove’ their acceptance of all things Trans. So, brace yourself to hear sometime soon, that Fox News has gone out and actually hired some ‘Non-Binary or Trans” reporter for features. Gird your loins!
