Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) signed red flag legislation into law Monday despite ongoing questions about whether it will enforced or, if enforced, how such enforcement would occur.
The Associated Press reported, “Over half of the state’s counties have passed resolutions declaring themselves Second Amendment sanctuaries,” and through those resolutions have made clear there will be no enforcement of laws that infringe on Second Amendment rights.
Additionally, a number of local sheriffs told the AP “that they won’t enforce the law if they don’t believe it’s constitutional.”

This bit$h is full of stupid. All this can be alleviated by reading the constitution, especially the 2nd amendment.
And it has yet to be proven that it is indeed a cost effective way of dealing with the criminal and tragic misuse of firearms and that at the same time respects the rights of law abiding citizens. This is simply more media generated politics and policy that accomplishes very little or nothing of substance.
I wish these brave Sheriff’s would have said:
These Red Flag Laws will ONLY be enforced by our department against STATE EMPLOYEE’S
And a lot of ghost towns democrats in action.
She is not stupid...
She is just hanging more chains around the MI serf’s necks...
All tyrants need a well rounded library of threats to hang over the serf’s heads...
Unfortunately, Michigan is full of stupid for re-electing her (or allowing the election to be stolen by her and the DemocRATs) even after her draconian lock-down rules that didn't apply to her own husband, and for electing a DemocRAT majority in the state House and Senate, allowing such infringing anti-2A legislation to pass in the first place.
She is also going to try and crush the orange monster in MI.
The woman is evil. And yes, Michigan is full of stupid. They watched Detroit got to hell over the last 60 years and the morons still vote democrat. Most of those were male narcissistic union members who couldn’t look past their own f’n paycheck. Then came the damn uppity white liberal women who got high on the power of working with the left. And of course, not to forget the “disenfranchised” community who also loved their new political powers, which they could be lying hypocrites and enjoy not being called out on it.
They put these laws on the books so they can enforce them when it suits whoever’s in powers needs. More laws means more control.
