Yes, Arctic Sea Ice decreased from its 1982-1986 high satellite measurements down to 2006-2007.
But since 2007 - now 16 years or fully 1/3 of the entire satellite record - Arctic Sea Ice has been steady. NO DECREASE FOR 16 YEARS.

2022, and now 2023, monthlyaverages has been greater than the ten year average of 2010-2020
