Five Questions for Every Prospective Republican Candidates
American Thinker ^ | 06/01/2023 | J.B. Shurk

We may well be living in a "fake election" era, when legalized ballot fraud, months-long voting, and nonexistent voter identification requirements give the Uniparty insurmountable advantages in "selecting" compliant "representatives" for the people. But voting in the largest numbers possible will continue to highlight the obvious election rigging. If for no other reason than that it makes the fraudsters' jobs that much harder, voting still matters. Force them to explain how precincts can turn out more votes than residents!

There's a reason the State-controlled media never point out that Joe Biden supposedly won fifteen million more votes than Barack Obama did in 2012 and more votes than any presidential candidate in history: nobody would believe that reality if forced to confront it. That's why, even as the Pravda press covers up the Biden family's quid-pro-quo crimes and pretends Dementia Joe's gibberish proves anything other than idiotic incompetence, the Baghdad Bobs on TV never trumpet Biden's 80 million votes.

To do so, they would have to acknowledge that President Trump won over ten million new votes in his re-election contest and secured more votes than any other candidate in American history (aside from Biden). The vote-riggers were actually forced to make Biden the far and away most popular candidate in American history in order to get over Trump's legitimate vote hauls. It's one thing to pretend an unpopular Biden beat an even more unpopular Trump; it is entirely different for the media to pretend Biden is simply so unbelievably popular that he beat an incumbent president whose own popularity had grown significantly since his first election — a feat not achieved for a hundred and thirty years!

Vote in big numbers so that the obvious cognitive dissonance pierces the State-controlled media's propaganda.

OK, That said, if we’re going to vote, we should hold the candidates’ feet to the fire and force answers on important issues. Whether running for local dogcatcher or president of the Divided States, any Republican candidate should be asked the following:

1. Do you support America First economic policies that directly benefit the middle class, even when those policies hurt the interests of multinational corporations, Wall Street bankers, and international institutions advancing globalist agendas?

2. Without verifiable voter identification requirements or trustworthy and transparent vote-counting procedures capable of rendering immediate and reproducible election results, how can America’s elections be considered “free and fair”?

3. While the federal government has persecuted thousands of patriotic J6 protesters for their personal beliefs, why have Republican politicians remained largely silent?

4. Given the accumulation of evidence proving that the federal government is engaging in constitutionally impermissible censorship of Americans’ free speech, why have Republican politicians remained largely silent?

5. Finally, given the tremendous personal and societal injuries caused from the local, state, and federal governments’ unscientific, unprincipled, and unconstitutional COVID authoritarianism, will you resolve now to oppose government-sanctioned censorship, medical tyranny, and all other intrusions into Americans’ personal rights and liberties illegally justified under the guise of “emergency”?

It would be a pleasant surprise if moderators in the debates will brng up these questions ( but I hardly doubt it ).

I already know the answer to the question, all candidates will say -— YES.

Heck, even Democrats will say YES. It’s in the oath every government official takes.

The Devil is in the etails of the “yes”.

Nope, it will be: 1) What is your stance on the existential crisis facing America, climate change, and how will you commit to funding it. 2) Given the Republicans have essentially taken away a woman's God given right to an abortion, how will you preserve this essential right for all woman? 3) violence in our cities is rising due to the NRA and guns, what will you do to get all guns off the streets? 4) The LGBTQIFIRLGY+ rights issue should be at the top of everyone's list, how can we make America more diverse with equity and inclusion? 5) People are suffering around the world and we are not doing enough with our open border policy to welcome them. How can we increase our immigration and more easily provide these new citizens with voting rights and welfare?

Q: Will you fight to put a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes and likewise unconstitutional federal interference in state affairs?

Patriots need to primary all incumbents in 2024. Trump can endorse candidates as long as they're not incumbents.

After all, military issues aside, one of the few powers that the states have actually expressly constitutionally given to the peacetime feds to dictate domestic policy is to run the US Mail Service.

Right.

Actually that question is what Patriots and those that love America should be asking THEMSELVES when they are evaluating who they should vote for.

You’re right. Never ask a politician anything. They’ll always give you the answer they think you want to hear. The best thing to do with a corrupt politician is THROW THE BUM OUT. That is the only language they understand.

“1. Do you support America First economic ...”

Thanks for the summary. The questions are laced with preachy editorializing, not mention the verbose introduction preceding the questions.

Here’s my question:

1 (and done) — with what Trump POLICIES do you disagree? No caricatures, please. No weasel words. No nuances or personality quirks. Just policy.

The point is, if you don’t disagree with his policies, why do we need YOU?

The answer to #3 is that we are a nation of laws. And these guys were found guilty of some pretty serious things. The average protestor that day was not toss away with the keys thrown away.

And why aren’t Politicians talking about it? Because they understand what a bunch of lunatics they were, and that there is a process that must be followed.

From a political standpoint, its kryptonite...except to a very small portion of the electorate.

#5 continues to demonstrate that the Federal Government only controls the Federal functions and properties. The States performed most of the things you talk about. It is important to understand how these systems work and who is responsible. For about 90% of this stuff—go talk to your State’s Health Commissioner. They, and their governors, were free to do whatever they felt was appropriate. Direct your anger where it can do the most good.

#1 demonstrates a complete misunderstanding of how the economy works in the US. Policies should be made to benefit the country. Policies that pick winners and losers (usually the winners have a tie to the government) instead of allowing the markets to work are long time losers. In a capitalist world, the market will punish losers.

The economy is global—whether you like it or not. We should protect critical infrastructure (Chips, meds, defense) but understand that we will be affected by global economic changes.

#2 is not a Federal issue. Again, the elections are in the hands of the States. Trump did not comprehend that. It was the basis for the disagreement with Barr. Trump needed better lawyers. Pillow salesmen and Rudy were not good choices.

The answer to that one is easy: There aren’t any that most people disagree with.

The policies are easily explained and most Americans are in favor of them in some measure.

What we don’t need is the ego and the drama. We need America First; not Trump first.

We need someone who is not a billion years old. We need someone who doesn’t have the 40% statistical probability of dying during their term due to their age (not counting any other medical issues that are hidden from us.) We need someone who can run the country for eight years—not be a lame duck; indicted, and probably impeached-again, President.

If Trump were to win again, his term will be a wasting of four years (as in wasting away) until we can get something done again.

Trump as the nominee would make the independents and centrists stay home. The down ticket for the GOP would be slaughtered.

We would end up with an old, lame duck, one termer, politically wounded President with a highly partisan congress.

Of course, this are just my opinions. I know its not popular...but you asked.

By those lights we are screwed. If someone else lambastes Trump to get the nomination, Trump’s people will lose enthusiasm and the turnout will be down.

So the better course is to stay with Trump and see what comes of it. IMHO

Thanks for your measured response.

Question back to you...

Are we going to fight? Or “fight”?

Because, the way we have been “fighting” hasn’t been working.
