Seriously? Most people cannot afford and are unprepared to homeschool. So more constructive answer is for everyone to help them fix their schools since they are stuck with them.

Since our taxes support public schools, it is not likely to get fixed until people remove their kids-fewer kids, less money allocated to schools-starve the beast that is paid for each kid at a desk...

Most parents who have a sense of responsibility to their kids know that public schools have been daycare and indoctrination centers for several decades-and wisely planned ahead to either homeschool or find a good, reasonably priced private school. My husband took a 2nd job so that our cub could go to the small Christian school near our rural community-that was in the 70’s-so many kids out here are homeschooled or in the Christian school now that public school enrollment is way down. If a parent is so unprepared to teach their own kids that they put them in public schools, then pay little to no attention to what is being “taught” there-whatever happens is on them...
