This a very clear First Amendment violation. The 1A does not protect you against private company overreach. It only protects you against governmental overreach.
And a public school sure as heck is a governmental organization.
They need to sue this administrator as an individual. He shouldn’t be able to hide behind sovereign immunity, and have the school system (taxpayers) pay for this, for a gross 1A violation of this nature.
