Yes, Romney did get a law degree, but as far as I know he never was a practicing lawyer and surely has no great background in Constitutional law or even federal law (like as a federal prosecutor or federal judge). While he did get a law degree he also did an MBA and when not in politics he has worked in business (venture capital and management consulting), not law.
