No, it’s not evidence tampering. The actual transcript was included in the indictment, so nothing was altered. The prosecutor may have characterized Trumps wording in the body of the indictment, but the indictment is not evidence, it is an accusation. Unless the transcript itself was altered, Sperry is reaching and grasping for straws here, and so are you.

But which version was presented to the Miami grand jury? Remember, this entire investigation took place in DC under a DC judge. Then a summary was “read” to the Miami grand jury to obtain an indictment.
