Well of course he did.

Anything that’s necessary to reach the goal, that the executive power of the people should NEVER again be in the hands of a Republican, and especially Donald Trump.

Attorney General Merrick Garland defended the discretion of special counsel Jack Smith amid growing attacks on the prosecution and the Justice Department. While he wouldn’t comment on the indictment of former President Trump directly, he said Wednesday that Smith’s work is a reflection of the Justice Department’s obligation to “independence and accountability.” “When I appointed Mr. Smith, I did so because it underscores the Justice Department’s commitment to both independence and accountability,” Garland said. “Mr. Smith is a veteran career prosecutor. He has assembled a group of experienced and talented prosecutors and agents who share his commitment to integrity and the rule of law. Any questions about this matter will have to be answered by their filings.”

Atty. Gen. was handpicked by Obama and not Biden.

Obama is behind all of this nefarious dealings because Obama did not have a chance to make this country all Communist and Obama thinks like a communist.

Just look at the arsenal the Chicoms have established.

They look a lot like we have which means someone in the Obama administration was stealing the classified documents. Just look at Miss Hillary's and at Biden's residences.

Look it does not take a Giant Six Grade to discover all of these dealings with the Chicoms.
