OK, I’m not up on cyber culture so much. But it seems strange to me that they would announce an attack and the target of that attack in advance. Why announce everything?
Possibly because they want “authorities” (ie, the banking cabal), to know who is responsible, if/when they pull it off as predicted. To claim afterwards would have muddied the responsibility.
If it does not happen, then.... the usual Emily Latella routine.
