LOL. This is going to be a disaster. Its going to be a 24/7 livestream of nothing happening.
Not entirely nothing. After all, they do have to set up the “Men At Work” sign. ;-)
In the rebuilding of the Northridge CA Freeway years ago, the Govt. and the Unions reached a mutual agreement to waive all the usual obstacles and work around the clock 24/7 with some progress milestones that paid bonuses if achieved early. I can attest as a commuter at that time that it worked.
After reconstruction is complete, someone will make a 90 second time-lapse video of the whole event which will be interesting.
Here's one from Connecticut that may be similar to what they'll do in Pennsylvania. The special machine used to lift the bridge sections into place is pretty neat.

Obviously you haven’t viewed the live stream!
currently watching the live-stream.
on 2023-06-15, at 1654, the it shows machinery cleaning debris from the site of the former overpass. All sections of the overpass have been demolished.
It is NOT a livestream of “nothing happening”.
Soot on the retaining walls suggests that they may have to be demolished and replaced before the bridges themselves can be replaced.
