Remember what Rush stated, those that try to stay in the middle of the road get run-over.
Rush was referring to ones political stance on issues whether it be right or left or middle. And he’s been proven right with every election.
I also remember Rush holding back on criticisms or support for major republican candidates during the primaries.

And I don’t see this as “staying in the middle of the road” choice. I like both Trump and DeSantis. I see them as conservatives and for the most part are racing on the same side of the road and it’s not in the middle.
Sure, I could find you statements Trump has made or things he has done that would not be considered and accuse him of being a liberal or in the middle but you could also do the same for Desantis and any other candidates up there.
I’d support either of them two guys. I prefer Trump over DeSantis for more than just the issues after all these trials and charges against a political opponent.
