Sure sounds like youtube is admitting they are in fact, a publisher. Actually most of the social media companies are constantly making overt acts declaring they are all publishers. Section 230 immunity appears to be not applicable for any of them

I listen to Rumble often (and invested) and have a pretty good feed selection now but there are some things they really need to fix or they will be a poor competitor.
They need to give users control of the autovideo play. I listened to a John Solomon video the other day and the phone rang so I got up and walked away from computer. Kids were here in the living room and when I came back it was playing the second minute of a bunch of bad mouthed tarts having the most VULGAR conversation about female hygiene.
Why in the world would a video company cut to something like that automatically for a viewer that has never watched that smut nor is it in my feed? It really made me angry but there does not seem to be any way to contact Rumble or give them any feedback. I am not for censorship but have some common sense! I guess it confirms that there is no algorithm abut this is a horrible business model!
Why don’t they give us the ability to block channels or even topics such as that slap crap. Never watched it and have no interest in watching it. If someone else enjoys it great and (again) I am not for censorship but I would like the ability to remove it and other garbage from my account when I am signed in.
Penalize or limit the 10 second to 1 or 2 minute excerpts from shows from your contributors. My feed is full of them and its pretty frustrating if I click to hear what the person and have to hunt for the rest of it. Why not provide the entire segment instead of cutting an 8 minute video into four 2 minute sections? Is this a payment thing for Rumble? It is very irritating.
Rumble will continue to be second rate unless they work to improve the experience and I am second-guessing my investment. No issues with performance but they need to open a forum or some avenue for feedback.
IMO.. Youtube is nothing more than a POS as they have PROVED over and over again!
