Durham Says Comey, McCabe, Strzok and Others Would Not Agree to be Interviewed by Prosecutors (VIDEO)

Special Counsel John Durham on Wednesday testified before the House Judiciary Committee about his investigation into the origins of Spygate.

Last month John Durham released his final report concluding the FBI had no verified intel when it opened the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Trump in 2016.

In July of 2016, Peter Strzok opened a counterintel investigation into Trump’s camp dubbed “Crossfire Hurricane” on suspicions (based on no evidence) that the Russians had infiltrated Trump’s circle.

John Durham didn’t charge any of the FBI officials involved in the coup.

Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith was charged with a process crime (false statements) and given a slap on the wrist.

Durham never even issued Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Lisa Page and others a subpoena to compel testimony!

According to RealClearInvestigations reporter Paul Sperry, John Durham did not interview any FBI officials involved in targeting Trump.

Durham never subpoenaed them either!

John Durham, Paper Tiger… STRZOK: No interview. No subpoena McCABE: No interview. No subpoena COMEY: No interview. No subpoena PRIESTAP: No interview (Crossfire). No subpoena SIMPSON: No interview. No subpoena ELIAS: No interview. No subpoena JOFFE: No interview. No subpoena

— Paul Sperry (@paulsperry_) May 24, 2023 This is outrageous!

On Wednesday, Durham whined that McCabe, Strzok, Comey and others would not agree to be interviewed by his prosecutors.

“It is as disappointing, perhaps more disappointing to me and my colleagues, that they would not agree to be interviewed,” Durham said.

As we expected, it was a SHAM investigation all along meant to simply protect the Deep State!

So all President Trump had to do with Mueller was decline to be interviewed and all would be well?

in order to present those bastids to a grand jury, knowing they would take the fifth, he would then have to grant them immunity to testify...

and he chose not to.

could that mean he wants them for a later crime?

unless the FBI gets cleaned out, we’re stuck with this kind of justice.

Like a good little swamp creature he did just enough to provide cover for Uniparty to continue the kabuki theater. There should be people in jail, but there is no way to convict swamp rats in DC, they all cover for each other, all feeding off the taxpayer trough in some way or another.

Please tell me again Mr. Durham, why, when you’re investigating possible criminal acts, you don’t round the suspects up, and bring them in for questioning? Even if they choose to say nothing, you still bring them in, and put their refusal to cooperate on record. Where’s the law that says you have to invite suspected criminals to be interviewed?

Durham’s eventual payoff must be massive.
Maybe he even gets his own island. Not Guam.

So, the ring-leaders of the entire seditious plot refused to testify and weren't even subpoenaed to answer for their actions?

That's not suspicious. That's proof. This was a sham investigation.

If they take the fifth before a GJ that can be used for support for indictment. indictment but not for trial. So any prosecutor looking for leverage that is an avenue that can be taken if one is aggressive. I would have loved to have that POS. Comey taken for that route.

Great points. Durham took the easy way out. Invited them because he knew they would never appear, and then he wouldn’t have to take it further. After 3 years, and how many millions of dollars, Durham made excuses for the FBI and DOJ, and no one is held accountable for fabricating and pushing a hoax against a sitting President. The FBI and DOJ are free to do it all over again...and they will.
