For being a "subject matter expert on protecting America", the police aren't doing the best job of it, try as they might. Insufficient backing from the politicians to whom they are beholden (usually).

Maybe the chief ought to look at his stats. 2023 not looking so good, particularly on the "crimes of violence" side.

Thanks for saving me the trouble of pointing out the obvious. I live in the Tulsa Metro & have been generally underwhelmed with TPD. I’d also point out to the Chief that the courts have absolved the police from “protecting” so how about he keeps backing up to get his very fine paycheck from the people’s taxes & figure out a way to get control of his tatted-up roid-ragers wearing TPD colors.
