American and European military observers in Ukraine described the Ukraine Army’s efforts of the past two days as a “suicide mission” that violated the basic rules of military tactics. “If you want to conduct an offensive and you have a dozen brigades and a few dozen tanks, you concentrate them and try to break through. The Ukrainians have been running around in five different directions,” complained a senior European officer.
“We tried to tell them to stop these piecemeal tactics, define a main thrust with proper infantry support and then do what they can,” the officer added.
“They were trained by the British and they’re playing Light Brigade,” the officer added, referring to the 1854 disaster at the Battle of Balaclava when misreported orders sent British cavalry into massed cannon fire.
Ukraine’s tanks charged directly into minefields without deploying mine-clearing vehicles first, contributing to the loss of 38 tanks during the night of June 8, including numerous of the newly delivered Leopard II tanks.

Whatever it is, I see that the weaklings in Europe are trying to drag Ukraine into NATO with the “attack on one is an attack on all” mantra. It was my understanding that when we had a real President, one Ronald Reagan, the promise was made to Gorbachev that we would not allow NATO to be on Russia’s border. Yet another broken promise. As Bismarck said about the Balkans, “they are not worth the life of a single Pomeranian Grenadier”.

Finland (which somehow survived the Cold War nonaligned) would be a good example of a country dragged into NATO against the interests of the common people living there...Sweden is another.
Except I read that polls in both places showed it was very popular with the “common people”. Whether it’s a good decision remains to be seen.
Anyway, I think NATO’s obsolete & should be replaced with as many as maybe three alliances.

Well, given that Ukraine was forced by the Biden regime and its NATO puppet masters to launch the offensive, this quite convenient scapegoating.
Where did they get that delusion from? From neocon think tanks like the Institute for the Study of War and from Biden regime and neocons spreading propaganda in the mainstream media.
It's as ridiculous to pin the blame on the Ukrainian military, which does absolutely nothing without Biden regime and NATO consent, for this debacle as it is for Deep State to come up with ridiculous lies about the destruction of the Nord Stream pipelines.
Surprise, Putin's invasion of Ukraine has consequences, Finland realized that its international treaties with russia recognizing its borders are worthless.
