The NJ Attorney General says Middletown is putting the physical safety of transgender students at risk by "outing" them to their parents.
MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The state of New Jersey has now sued the Middletown school district, plus Marlboro and Manalapan, over their new transgender student policies.
In Middletown, teachers are now required to notify parents if their child seeks to officially go by a different name or gender pronoun, or use a different bathroom in school. Marlboro and Manalapan-Englishtown Regional school boards approved similar transgender policies this week.
But NJ Attorney General Matt Platkin says the districts are putting the safety of transgender students at risk by "outing" — a word he chose — the minors to their parents.

Obviously, the Feral “judges” are going to find that the New Joysey fags don’t have any standing over the children of the parents. Right? Right? Friggin’ sick bastards.

There are special needs schools in many jurisdictions, for many different reasons.
Why not separate the special needs LGTBQ+ community from the regular students? Same with sports and other activities. That kind of segregation would not be based on race or ethnicity.
There is not need to damage the community at large for accommodate special needs people.

What’s the justification of him saying that such a policy creates risk of harm? Is he dependent on radical activist cherry picked stats? Parents need to know what’s going on with their children. If a child told the school they were suicidal, for example, does he say the school cannot tell the parents?
The school can’t encourage children be closeted at home and out at school. That creates an sense of animosity at home and interferes with the relationship between parent and child. The state cannot take the place of a parent who has not lost their rights under due process. That’s not who we are as Americans.

This reminds me of the “it’ll be our little secret” anti-child abuse ads from decades ago except the state is in the role of the abuser here telling them to keep a secret.

So... a school administrator becomes aware the student has a mental illness such as Gender Dysphoria but is told by the state to hide it from the parent?
Do they hide other mental illnesses? How about physical illnesses?
Let's regress back to the days of undiagnosed dyslexia. The students will appreciate that.

In effect they’re saying that parents of mentally challenged kids will automatically do them physical harm when they learn of the illness.

Why don't you mind your own business.
They are the parents and the overwhelming majority of parents love their children and always want what is best for them.
These people like Matt with no blood connection at all with other people's children and doesn't pay one dime for their at home care or music lessons or anything yet he knows what's best for them and will make better decisions than their own blood parents will?
These lunatics are coming apart at the seams over this situation that they have cooked up on their own because they are control freaks.
Get your kids out of public schools.

There is not need to damage the community at large for accommodate special needs people. While yours is a common-sensical statement, it does not serve the greater goals of corroding the family structure and aiding in providing many children for child molesters to abuse. Accordingly, the NJ attorney general disagrees with you.
