BS. Trump built as much of the wall as was humanly possible with an oppositional congress. And we don’t know how much Me-hee-co paid for in tariffs and other charges.

Exactly.

This one has severe TDS.

Maybe Desantis’ buddy Paul Ryno will contact Mccarthy and ask him to pass wall funding - if Soros allows it.

Trump renegotiated the trade agreements with Mexico and
Canada.

Under the Mexican portion the US saved about $15 billion per
year. That continues each year going forward.

Who paid for the wall?

The existing wall along the border before Trump’s wall as
in some places no more than barbed wire fencing. At no place
was it impenetrable.

Trump was denied funding for the wall by the Republican
majority House and Senate from 2017 through 2018. Now
you seek to blame him for not following through.

He had execute a go-around to get funding. Then he
was taken to court to block him building the wall.

To get 450 miles, he fought the Democrats on Capital Hill.
He fought the Republicans there. He fought legal battles
all the way up to the SCOTUS.

Trump did his best to get the wall built. I don’t believe
there was another man alive who could have done what he
did regarding the wall.

BS. Trump fail to build the wall. Trump failed to get Mexico to pay for the wall.

DeSantis will fail at getting 2024 Republican nomination.

Find a bookie & “bet the house.”

I like to think that Mexico paid, via Remain in Mexico, and they did also starting some enforcement on their Southern border.

Ron says what he is told people want. He would meet head on the same barriers using the courts as Trump did.

Not to mention he is backed by people that want open borders.

Why would I believe him?

DeSantis only goes after Trump from the Right.

*************

Trump is already in General Election mode, DeSantis doesn’t have a choice but to attack from the right. That’s how worried the 45th President is about DeSantis.

It won’t do DeSantos any good, he’s roadkill at this point.

Also, those suburban women & independent voters that politician are always pandering to, aren’t into hard right positions.(it’s unfortunate but the reality)

What are the top 5 things in new NAFTA that helps prevent illegals from coming to the US and getting them deported? Wouldn't that be a great talking point? There isn't much on that one, because not much was done. New NAFTA was a wonderful opportunity to fix the problems we have today. The greatest thing that prevented illegals was covid, same for terrorism. Covid reduced terrorism and illegal immigration, via country lock downs and the use of virus control in the US.

“The Trump administration constructed 453 miles of border wall over four years, and a vast majority of the new barriers reinforced or replaced existing structures.”

And your point is? The existing structures were merely landmarks to let the illegals know when they had passed into the United States and definitely not a hindrance to anyone. And it is closer to 600 miles built.

“Mr. Trump had vowed to build a wall across the entire border and make Mexico pay for it. Mexico did not pay for the barriers that had been constructed.”

No, no, no. I was here. Trump spoke of natural land form barriers that needed no wall. You are, ahem, lying. And, in case you don’t know, Trump did not get a chance to finish the wall.

As far as making Mexico pay for it, I heard some of his people explain that the stoppage of illegals from Mexico would end the billions of dollars sent back to relatives in Mexico by the illegals. It is an enormous sum of money, much more than the cost of the wall, and the Mexican government loves it. Helps them out too.

Trump had to work around obstructionist Paul Ryan and get creative for the funding. He also had to deal with the Courts. He never backed down, andnever walked it back.

So did Trump “back down” to Paul Ryan or not? You can’t have your MAGA cake and eat it, too.

You pick your battles, can’t win them hell. I hope you are never up to your ass in alligators like Trump. You couldn’t handle it. Trump is there still fighting. You gave up.

“Biden put an instant stop on the project the day he entered office.”

Ann Coulter still, to this day, swears that Trump never built a foot of the wall. And Biden, not knowing that Trump never built a foot of the wall, issued a halt to the construction of the wall that he thought was being built, since there were pictures all over the internet. He should have had Ann Coulter in the White House informing him that no wall was being built.

Of course, we can all agree that Ann Coulter is a mental case. Evidently, that is what happens to a person who does not eat anything, ever, except lettuce.

More Ron....I mean, we’re in congress with the pure strings. Trump built a lot of the wall and what wasn’t built is because you in the congress would rather secure the borders of other Countries.

Meanwhile, no longer having a washer or dryer, I’m sitting in a laundromat parking lot where it seems most of central and South America has suddenly arrived to wash the designer duds our tax dollars paid for.

Even out here in the Wastelands I can’t find anywhere they’re not overruning.

The anger is giving me chest pains.
