That’s a good question, but a more important unanswered question is -— WHY DID THE KID’s PARENTS BRING THEM TO THE PARADE IN THE FIRST PLACE?
Today’s Parents are nothing like parents of years ago because they had GOD and JESUS in their lives!!
right..the parents should have been arrested too. The kids have a better chance in a foster home or with grandparents (like me) than with sicko parents.
