Please observe the complete and utter lack of bias in the title, “judge refuses to dismiss case.” Shortened, no doubt, from “Obstinate and boneheaded judge refuses to dismiss case, notwithstanding mountains of evidence that the election was one of the most secure in history, with absolutely no evidence whatsoever of any irregularities at all.”
I was thinking the same thing. With just a glance you might think it was a ruling against Lake the way it is worded.
