The Supreme Court on Friday struck down President Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan, denying tens of millions of Americans the chance to get up to $20,000 of their debt erased.

When they stole 20 including both houses the only thing standing in the way of the total destruction of the Republic was a wobbly SC. Today was the proof of that argument.
Pretty sure the outcome of 2024has already been determined.
Keep in mind this ruling only says Biden did not have the authority to do this under the HEROES Act. It has not ruled if future legislation would be Constitutional or not. How could it?
Thank God they can’t expand the court. They would if they had the house. I know Biden said no. But he’d sign it if a bill went in front of him.
