I was under the impression that Russia would not launch from Belarus. Maybe that is a Special Operation constraint? If the SO is ended and Russia declares “War”, my understanding is Russia will not be considered by the SO limitations in manpower, so that might include the WG moving into Ukraine. Russia has War planned for sealing the Ukraine Poland boarder.
WG isn’t going anywhere (except Africa) fm Belarus until end of July.
