I have to laugh. For the past 36+ years I’ve worked for Prudential- a company that’s gone so far left the past ten years I am surprised we are not required to have a photo of Chairman Mao in every office.
Within an hour of the ruling on Friday, all 50,000+ employees got an email from the CEO and executive management team affirming the companies commitment to the racist policy of DEI. I wanted to respond as i’ve responded in the past and they get pissed.

Prudential is actually more woke and less meritocratic than the big tech companies. Most people don’t realize that.
