With scandal revelations, Joe Biden couldn’t get a CIA security clearance, intel experts say

Apressure campaign to get communist China energy executives to pay money. Classified memos improperly stored in an insecure garage, An FBI informant’s allegation of bribery in Ukraine. A false claim of Russian disinformation to sway an election.

The swell of scandalous evidence engulfing Joe Biden’s family right now is raising a tantalizing question: if he weren’t president could he still get a security clearance if he applied for a job at the CIA or FBI?

The answer, some experts say, is an unequivocal “no.”

“I put it this way,” former CIA analyst and National Security Council chief of staff Fred Fleitz told Just the News recently. “If Joe Biden was applying for a job in the CIA, he wouldn't get a clearance given all these ethical conflicts and payments from China."

The reason, Fleitz said during an interview with the "John Solomon Reports" podcast, is “because there would be the concern that he might be compromised.”

The fact that he has Hunter Biden at his side pretty much non-stop lately shows that Joe Biden is corrupt and doesn't care if you know it. There is no telling who is visiting their Delaware home on the weekends, nor what secrets they are selling foreign countries when they take those side trips to Camp David.

It has been proven time and again that Joe Biden is for sale.

Hmm why did he have one in the first place? He never had one. A second lieutenant coming in out of college has a more rigorous security investigation than this and any democrat president ever does

This guy doesn’t pass the security clearance of s White House tourist.

Anyone knows that

But rigging an election for Joe Biden is ok for the CIA and does not affect your clearance? Nifty.

Joe doesn’t need a CIA clearance. They’ll simply tell him what to do.

And the more corrupted he is, the more easily controlled.

Constitutionaly politicians at the federal level (congresscritter on up!) are security vetted by the act of being elected. All this talk about security clearance and Biden now is just noise. A majority of the citizens of Delaware didn’t care enough about Biden, his constant lies, his family’s shady dealings over the years through him to deny him Senate office. A majority of Rats and latter US voters didn’t care enough to deny him the vice presidency twice and then didn’t care enough to deny him the presidency (Maybe they did?) Rats in office & Rat supporters still don’t care!

You are correct until/unless Trump gets elected. Then all bets are off!

Requiring clearances as a condition to run for office is not in the Constitution. Since such things are administered by the government the political side in government could use it to effectively deny the other side a chance to have a role in government. Besides no politician our side\their side would allow himself to be investigated to that level let alone polygraphed (If you even believe it works! I don’t!).

So you think Trump can arbitrarily change the Constitution? Wave a magic wand and all politicians are honest and above board?

Candidates for public office don’t need to pass background investigations to run for public office. Sounds insane, because it is, but it’s true.

If they win, then they are “deemed” to have passed a background investigation.

I’m not making this up.

No, not at all.

I believe the government will use its power to block Trump from getting the information he needs because of some bogus “security” issue.

That argument can’t be used against a president, if the president is aggressive enough to press the case.
